Bansko - Own Equipment

If i take my own equipment, where can i leave my skis and boots over night? I don't fancy carrying them back and forth everyday to the hotel, which is listed as a 20min walk away. The elinor? Will my stuff be safe? Will i be charged for storage?Thanks

Usually there is a small charge if you leave your own kit.

last year we got charged 5 lev I think per day, but ended up paying 5 lev for the entire week. The guy just kept smiling at us and saying no charge. this was at the gondola base station, so nice a safecheers

Couple of years ago , my Mrs & kids hired their stuff from the Ulen shop in the gondola station and they let me keep my own stuff there overnight too F.O.C. Gave the chap a good tip at the end and we were all happy . There is an official ski deposit place there too but dont know the cost . All the hire shops/ski school staff I have used have been A1 and more than willing to assist . Most of the hotels and guest houses run regular mini busses so may not be an issue for you anyway . Thanks for the help!! We're out on the 5th - 12th, only 7 weeks to go! Hope the snow keeps up!!
