Hi all,
We're heading to Bansko for the 31st Jan for a week and I sooooo excited. I've been reading a few things but one thing about the tows has me puzzled. Whats a baby drag?
Also, has anyone stayed at the Hotel Strazhite? Whats it like
mtem74,
I havent stayed at the Strazhite but have skied with many who have stayed there and they say its good.
A baby drag is basically a moving wire with hoops spaced out along its length, sometimes its a piece of rope that you grab sometimes a folding handle. I think there are a couple in the begginers area to the right of the gondola top station. They are only used for begginers, and the kids. Hope this helps, enjoy your holiday.
Strazhite is well positioned, a Ulen hotel opposite the Lion Pub...
Baby drags are as described, a cable with handles that you can grab onto... and at the bottom of the nursury slopes...
Stayed at the Strazhite on our first ever visit to Bansko. Good hotel with nice swimming pool and the food was fine. You will have a great time in Bansko!
