Can't wait, not long to go, getting scared of all the weather reports being posted. Although most are for Boro and Pamps, does anyone know if the story will differ in Bansko??Can anyone recommend any good bars and restaurants for me and wife. Any other couples going out to Bansko that week..? Let us know we'll join you for a drink or 2.

I was in Bansko a couple of weeks ago. We loved it. Can recommend the Kafe Parfe bar for drinks. Beer is 1.20 lev and a quadruple gin or vodka (local brands) is 1.40 lev. For restaurants try the many mechanas in the resort too numerous to mention. If it looks OK from the outside go in and I'm sure you will have a good meal. Beware of specialty dishes that look expensive. They will probably feed at least two of you and maybe more. We chose such a dish on our last night. It cost 22 ...
