Bansko 22-28th December

I have been to bansko many times over the years, never in December. Decided to go for christmas this year. Getting seriously worried about the lack of soow and how many runs may be open.

Has anybody on here got any insight into how much of the mountain may be open over christmas? And if there is any possibility of the ski road being open.

At the moment they have 2runs open. There is no new snow and none forecast. The ski road is definitely not skiing atr the moment. They have cannons on every night higher up the mountain. Unless we have massive dumps of snow before xmas Im guessing Only a few runs from top of gondola. Chalin Valog is also not skiing. so you would maybe have 6-7runs how it stands at the moment. The official opening is saturday so we will see what runs they open then.
