Bansko Camera 1 ???

What's the strange mesh/frame looking object in the midle of the nursery slopes on Camera one - is it a fre-fab building - didn't notice it during the week & I'm sure it wasn't there two years back.....any ideas or is it just me & the weather that's going mad?

think the cam has moved but the thing at the top right of cam 1 now is a bar
