Hi guys and girls, we are getting married in early Feb 2012 (next year). We are also planning to build our own house in 2 years time so we are "save save save" at the minute and dont want to blow loads of money on a honeymoon. Do you think Bansko would deliver. We want to ski and just have a romantic time but while not having to worry about money. When your over there are meals/drinks expensive? We have found some really cheap hotels is there anywhere to avoid?

Would there be plenty of snow in Feb?
any help would be much appreciated.
Historically feb is ok / good for snow , March is usually the best , great place for romantic wlaks in / around old town, wide and varied food places from english stylee to great local mehanas.
If your trying to save , book own flights , transfer and rent an owners apartement , you can get one for £200 for the week in Bansko Royol Tpowers which is very close to gondola .
So 99% it will deliver . Just go with an open mind it isnt main stream europe , but it is a great place in both summer ...
