Bansko Season

Bansko Season

Hi all, I was thinking of booking flights to go out to Bansko towards the end of the season (March/April) and was wondering if anyone could advise me when is the latest i that i can confidently hope to have decent snow to ski on?

The season closes mid April - you should have good snow to the end of the first week but it can be very hit and miss. Last season was a write off from the beginning of March but we got a late dump in April that kept people going to the end of the season.

plenty of good places to hire ski equipment and ski packages. If you try to recommend any on here and the post will usualy get removed

I was also wondering if there is usually snow in the first week of January. I am thinking about visiting Bansko then but I am worried that there will be no snow. How was it last year? Smile Thanks!
