Bansko Ski Lessons

Hi all,

Bansko booked for February and wondered if anyone could recommend a good ski school for beginners - any information on lngth/time of lessons & cost (kids & adults) would be helpful as would any tips on hiring boots/skis, etc.

Thanks

re: Bansko Ski Lessons

Hi
We have booked to go to Bansko in February through Balkan holidays and includes learn to ski package (includes 4 hour lessons for 6 days/lift passes and ski and boot hire)
Adults £124 kids £76. We did book as a package but its worth enquiring as to whether you can book just the 'learn to ski package'. I have heard that the ski school in Bansko are very good!

Steve if you have booked a package holiday then get them to sort it for you. If you are DIYing then the main ski school Ulen is based at the gondola so very easy to find on you first day. There are a few places on the road up to the gondola that also do ski hire and school that may well be worth checking out.

Gone the DIY route so unfortunately Balkan cant help with the ski package. Will have to check them out when we get there - thanks for replies though.
