Hello!Does anybody know if you can ski the road 1 from Banderishka Polyana to Bansko? Is it covered by snow?

Was there from the 23rd to the 30th & the run was awful for boarders, far too much ice & the run was shut for most of the days (don't think it was too bad for skiers though)re: Bansko Ski Road
And I was there from 30.12 to 01.01, always skied down the ski run to Bansko. It's faster than taking the gondola and it's fun. Not very good for snowboarders though because it's icy, but that'll be fixed too, with the next snowfall.re: Bansko Ski Road
Got as far as the 1st snow cannon on my 1st day but the other two in the group had taken a bit of a battering & shouted me back, i'm thinkin it was a whole lot better from then on in??re: Bansko Ski Road

At the moment there is no snow in the town of bansko.there are snow cannons covering the lower part of the ski road, but at present the temps in town are too high to use them
It is possible to ski the ski road!!!! not sure how boarders would manage

does the "road" take you back to the town, ie he start of the gondolare: Bansko Ski Road
yea it does, you come down the final part under the gondolasre: Bansko Ski Road

Left on the 30th & it was raining cats & dogs so don't know i'm afraid how it is now but when i was there the skiers were having no probs with it, was only the boarders who had probs
