Bansko Snow Update

Still in Bansko so thought would update you all with the weather. In the town it has rained all day. At the top of the Gondola it was mostly sleet and hail stone all day. Blue runs are getting patchy. There had been a bit of snow in the night but the sleet made the bottom all slushy. Snow Cannons are working. Hopefully the cold tonight and some more fresh snow might make conditions better. Wasnt a good day today for boarding, got wet and cold!!

we were all getting hopeful as the webcams def look like the snow has got deeper. is this not the case?

There is a dusting of snow but to be honest it is mostly slush..but it may be better nearer the top where it was colder! Will update again.

looroller, the fresh snow you can see is right at the top. Have a look at the webcams tomorrow morning and you will see a similar picture all over the mountain.

Was deep up top - no slush expect for a few bit lower down but really didn't stop the skiing
