Bansko Weather

Does anyone know of a decent site to get a snow report from? I have just visited Banskoski.com and it says that it is currently 11.2 c.

Surely not if it is im taking a lilo next saturday. Looking at the webcams the snow looks very slushy.

If anyone has visted in the last week can they please put some info down on this board thanks!

Also this site seems to have a bit of a clique going on , lots of people ask for info and no one gets back to them, that is a bit disappointing really! ...

Snow due Sunday and Monday in Bansko - also I am going to Bansko on March 6th.

Conditions seem to be set to be getting colder

Never been to Bulgaria before too, my girlfriend and I are looking very much forward to it though

accomodation in Bansko

Hi, never been to Bansko or Bulgaria before, does anyone know any cheap and cheerful accom. in the town?
Also, are there two different prices for ski lift passes? one for locals, one for tourists?

For cheap accomodation , I highly recommend Dedo Pene Inn .

Unfortunately there are two different price levels for skipasses. Local and foreign people ( double price ). You can ask from a bulgarian to get a local skipass for you. Try to get daily local passes without photo and don't speak english in front of the lifts Cool
