Bansko-Yes or No?

I'm going to bansko at the end of Feb with some mates and am wondering if anybody can give me an idea of what to expect. I love pamporovo and will be there for the first week in january with the wife and kids again, but this is a lads week away and i thought we were booked to go to pamps, but what the hell as long as there's snow by day and beer by night, bring it on!

Bansko is town with a ski resort
They are a few clubs, casino and an 24hr english pub
you will find it much cheaper in resort than pamps i think with local beer in the mehana's costing 1.00 to 1.50 leva and quad shot of local vodka about the same, will be more expensive in the clubs and english pub!!!

Hi, we went to Bansko last year and stayed in the Hotel bansko. We have now been to all the resorts in Bulgaria and can honestly say Bansko was the best.

Have you looked at the comments on the Bansko page?
