Bansko in March

Hi,
a bunch of us are planning to ski in Bansko in 2nd week of March. Will most of the runs be open? Will there be enough snow (based on past experience)? We mainly need the many blue and red runs on the top left of the piste map.

Thanks so much for the fast replies. I got worried when I saw that half the runs were closed on the 30th of Dec. I thought the season was ending!! When is the peak season (most snow)? End of Jan, early Feb?

Im going too, on the 2nd March... been 3 times now in march and its fine... Better than at the moment in fact!

The kempinski run down was dry, even with the cannons, but skiiable half way...walk the rest haha

But the year before at the same week in march was better, skied all the way down to the kemp

We normaly go last week of feb into march. Never lost a days skiing. Even went as late as St. Patricks day (March 17th) and had excellent Skiing. Always able to ski full way back to town.Longer days less of the bitter cold less crowds.

Another question, is the Mountain residence 4 near to the gondola lift station? I remember how difficult it is to walk in ski boots, hence my concern.

hey guys, just tryin to get some more info... we are planning to go out like last week in march..(around 27th)... anyone live there and can you tell me if the snowboarding is gonna be ok? my g/f has never been and i am getting the place from a friend but dont want to put her off for life!!hahaha email me with reply! thanks alot!!
