Bansko in the Summer?

Hi, has anyone heard of this hotel; Pirin golf and country being built in Razlog, it's supposed to have owners rights to the ian woosnam golf course, does this mean no one else can use it! Hope not!!!

I think places like this will make Bansko a top holiday destination not only in the winter months but also the summer, what are peoples thoughts?

Think there are many golf coarses planned in next few years Very Happy

Hi Smigger,

I am thinking of doing this but heard from someone that you have to be careful because some places are offering golf but it's only the Pirin Golf & country that can provide it garenteed!

Where have your friends bought? Neutral

The Pirin Golf and Country club offers exclusive access to the golf course - ie you must be staying there to play on it. They have even issued disclosures to this effect on their website, which must have come as a shock to the surrounding developers who also have written and verbal agreements that their people will get access. Basically they will keep it 'exclusive' until they have sold the last apartment, whereon it will become a free for all. Only 280 people can play in a day anyway, so ...

The course looks good so far and will open for play next year. The horse riding and mountain biking are largely fantasies of real estate agents but may well happen in time. I wouldn't bother with a summer vacation for the next 5 years unless you like holidaying amongst construction sites.
