Bansko or Borovets

Hi All, please help, we (myself, husband and 3 girls aged 12, 9 and 6) have just got back from a fantastic holiday in Borovets, our 1st time skiing and are going to book again for next year but here's my dilemma do we go back to Borovets or try Bansko? Noticed only Neilson and Balkan Holidays go to Bansko and are wondering why the other big tours operators don't, we went with Inghams this year and they were the best priced. Anyone got any advice and info

It must be a woman thing - we went to Boro last year and had a great time. When it came to booking for this year, my other half said "why not try somewhere else?"

Why - I know what to expect in Boro - no risk enjoyment!

Tracy,go for another resort , how would you know borovets was anygood untill you went there yourself, they say pamps is good.
having said that im a boro man and im going back to borovets tomorrow for a week.

Try to go to Aspen in the US-I highly reccomend it

I`ve tried both and in my humble opinion Bansko is head and shoulders above Boro in so much as the facilities are brand new and bang up to date,its a lovely little town and the skiing great. Katie

Thanks Katie, in your opinion is it a child friendly resort? The disappointment we found with Borovets was the prostitutes and constant badgering of restuaranters trying to get you into their pub, you could not walk down the street in peace Also what hotel would you recommend. Thanks Tracy
