Hi, i went snowboardin in Pamporovo last january and want to go to Bulgaria again this january because its one of the best and cheapest resorts around from what i have looked at! can any one tell me if Bansko is better for snowboardin than Pamporovo? Also just want to say hi to Ivan who was my instructor in jan and must be one of the best instructors in the resort! well cant wait till jan, where ever i go!!Adz

The runs in Bansko are defo better (skiing and boarding).Nightlife in Pamp is far better

Well those of us who are addicted to Pamps will say that is the best! Nightlife is great. But Bansko is the larger resort. Give it a try you can always come back to Pamps!re: Bansko or pamporovo
For those who think the runs in Pamps are not long enough... try what I did last year.Went bombing down the back blue only to find the button lift was off. (didn't notice on the way down.
)Had to walk all the way back that took 45 minutes and completely knackered.
Not long enough you say............... phew............ you try walking it
