Hi all.
For the last couple of seasons we and others have been supplying pre-booked 6 and 13 day passes for Bansko. This has been very popular especially as we were also able to get a small discount.
Ulen have yesterday had a meeting and have decided to take this facility away, preferring to have the guest purchase their pass directly from the gondola, and pay the full price...
We are still able to pre-book packages, skis/boots/instruction + pass, and can still get a small discount.

As with our intended transport up the mountain, which was effectively ruled out economically by Ulen, this is just another example of the operator using their muscle to corner the market and benefit fully financially... Thats business i suppose... We are sorry to our guests who enquired and booked passes only, if it is any consolation, the lift pass offices are opening later to enable you to purchase your pass, and Ulen to get your money...
