Although your description could be me, if you are the Balkan rep on the coach leaving the Perun (i was the only Balkan guest leaving that morning of 26th) you will know it was me. If this was the case that i was snoring all the way to the airport and stinking of stale alcohol i can only apologise, i was unable to gain access back to my room to freshen up before the transfer, the snoring is a problem.I know though my memory of the journey does put me awake for a lot of it. ...

Regarding your female rep. , no insult was intended, to say that she had a grasp was to infer that she understood and spoke english, travelling alone and attempting a conversation on the transfer from Plovdiv to Bansko, three and a half hours, i very quickly got the impression she was not interested in anything i had to say. I did not have the opportunity to appreciate the level to which she had mastered the English language, i just felt that she thought i was trying to chat her up (which i was not) so i left it.
If you are a Balkan rep (and i think you are) do you appreciate the positive aspects of my report, superb hotel, good organisation, efficient hire, comfortable flight, in fact pretty good by this boards standard...

I know, trouble is ski xtreme may have a point re. the alcohol breath and the snoring, i must have dozed off a few times in the three and a half hours, i was bl**dy knackered and i had a few that night though i had showered at midnight and changed and went out for a meal so it was not solid drinking....O well, how embarrassing, thats Balkan out then....

Steve,You do have to be a little carefull what you write on this board , I myself made a comment just a few weeks ago regarding a thread about tipping ,i insulted nobody but i received huge personnal abuse from a particular regular on here and another regular asking for me to be barred from the site, luckly, PP, the guy who regulates the site is ok and has his feet on the ground, but you may find opposition if you say bad things about your experiencies in Bulgaria.

Oh it's amazing how it all degenerates at the end of the season - everyone is back from their holidays and all they can do before the long stretch until next year is to wind others up.Ignore it all and maybe one day, they'll go away.

As stated i had a fantastic time and could not fault the holiday at all. The referance to the transfer was a small point, departure times are dictated by the
airlines and i know and you have no control over it. My friend was resort manager in Tignes and on many occasions had to round up punters from bars to get them to the coach. Still it does not excuse my condition if it was as described, again i am very sorry if i caused others to complain....

SteveHi there - can you please send me your full report - missed it due to Easter hols.
I also wrote a full report on my return but have had no abuse (thankfully!) I know it was constructive and hopefully not detrimental towards anyone, but would love to know what you had to say about the place. Cheers.
