Bansko ski hire through this site

Does anyone know where we pick up the skis/passes that are booked through this site? Is it at the gondola (ie Ulen)?

Also, do you know if they do snowboard lessons for under 12's?

I asked them the same question and they said they bring a voucher to your hotel on the night before your booking starts. No doubt the will tell all then.
