Bansko ski runs closed?

Looking at the Bansko app it looks like the following runs are closed?/not yet open - any reason for this?14

Well 14 (Cryna Mogila) isn't really a run. It hasn't been open for over a decade and the lift is not operational. They just refuse to remove it from the ski maps to make the resort look bigger, it's pretty dishonest. I love Bansko but can't stand dishonesty like this. I read a report in a newspaper from last year that still reported that there was a half pipe there, though they couldn't find it. Not really a surprise that they couldn't find it as it hasn't been there for 10 years.

As mentioned number 14 run and the Cryna Moglia lift will never open.
Baby Vlek is the drag lift at the top of the gondola and is actually open.
Chalin Valog lift is closed almost definitely due to the red 15 and black 16 being closed currently, I'd imagine due to lack of snow lower down the mountain, but they have snow cannons and with all other runs open and cold temperatures there's no excuse for them not to be trying to open those 2 soon. The blue 16 which is now classed on the ...

Ski road 2 (run 18 on the list) is the run from mosta chairlift down to the mid gondola station and top of chalin valog, I imagine that is closed due to chalin valog runs being closed, but also as it's a a rocky surface and has only been open properly once the 3 times ive been (although ive skiid it every time aha) it also never had snow cannons so im guessing this is still the case now.
Im out saturday so hoping so much they open the 15 and 16 as they are some of my favourite runs.
