Bansko snow cannons

Banskoski reckons thet snow cannons cover most of the mountain and runs now. Can anyone confirm this?

Plenty of snow forecast but as temps rise this week some rain is forecast too before they drop again.

Will they utilise the currently low temps to blast the runs with the cannons to help minimise melting or will they not?

I'm positive there'll be more than enough snow by the time we go on 18th Jan (last year had about 70cm then) but it would be nice for all those heading out at christmas o not be limited to the upper slopes.

Good news for Boro too, for all those heading to Pamps don't worry, they're always last getting snow but great skiing to be had once it falls. They tend to get a load all at once and then it's set from there

All will have a great hol I'm sure Booze

re: Bansko snow cannons

Hi Rach - well they would be mad not to make good of low temps really eh. Lots of snow cannons in Bansko and I am sure they will be using them to the best effect - I hope they are!!

Fingers crossed for all going out at Christmas that the snow cover is good/gets better and that all have a lovely time.
