There are plenty of slopes (70km in total)to keep you occupied. At the moment they are all open.
Bansko is almost unique with the amount of snow cannons the resort has. Once they have a substanial amount of snow, which they have now, they can keep it almost to May.
Also I cant see rain falling on the mountain at Temperatures below freezing. Perhaps it may fall in the town, as snow staying on the ground in the town is rare.

If you have never been to Bansko.....You will definately enjoy the ski home!!
We are flying with Balkan and booked our ski packs with them. When in pamps we had to leave our skis etc in the pickup room at the end of every day. Do we take the skis back to the hotel from bansko or is it the same as pamps?
We all have our own boots so obv will want to leave shoes inside boot bags wherever we initially pick up our skis.
I am looking forward to the one eve we'll be able to night ski
You return your skis to the place you rented them from at the end of each night. All the rental places are around the gondola, which is at the end of the ski road home. We usually rent skis and boots, and there are racks to leave your own shoes on. I presume you can also use these racks.
Night skiing is usually only on Saturday nights. This takes place on the ski road home...Approx 7KM. We have never been there on a Saturday night, so I have no experience of this. This year our ETA is 13 ...

However from travel experiences to Bansko in the past we wont be holding our breath. If we are in the gondola at 8.30am on Sunday morning we will be happy!!!
You do not have to take your ski's and boots back to where you hired them from you can usually store them in the ski lockers in your hotel.
Last time we left them in the hire place but thats because it was the last week of the season in Apr if it was peak season I'd take them to the hotel as I'd not want to que for them in the morning.
