Bansko... English money or Levs

Off to Bansko for a week on Sunday. Was wondering if its better to take english money, then to exchange it there, or to take Levs straight away.. my parents live near Bulgaria and when i go there its better value to take English money over then to change it into Levs. Cheers... Very Happy

Take about £50 worth to get you started then change the rest over there.

currnet bank rate is 2.1 leva to the pound, in the kiosks by the gondola you'l get 2.0 but dont accept any less
