What is the snow conditions like in January? We have booked so stay in Apartments Narcis - does anyone know what these apartments are like? Also what is the snowboard park like? Would you recommend it?

The condition in January are usually pretty darn good, bit good but if theres a good dump, it Pow Pow all the way. On the park front, it was pretty poor. the 3 jumps if you can call them that, where just piles of snow really. plus there's no metal work. Don't know about the apartments, Question

Expect electricity cuts in Bansko this winter. It is happening at the moment and with the increased demand in the winter, it will happen far more often. The problem is that there are too many hotels but not enough electricity to go round.
