Still no skiing in Bansko. Slopes closed until at least midday, but sounds like area won't be open all weekend.

Our last day - skied 3 days out of six. On net now trying to book another week. The slopes are really good when you can get on them , with good conditions. this really has been holiday from hell.
1. Flights changed.
2. Hotel changed.
3.Stressed for weeks about lack of snow.
4. We arrived in Bansko - ski kit went to Prague - took 48hours to deliver to hotel.
5. Lifts closed Tuesday due to high winds.
6. Bomb alert.
Husband now resorted to drinking himself to ...

Just had phonecall from Expat in bansko - Lift will remain closed all day today (Saturday)re: Bansko
im at the airport now our flight was supposed to be at 12:20pm but is delayed till 3pm going to bansko.hopefully the slopes are open tommorow.
