Bansko

Family have just got back from Bansko - first time skiers. Despite the normal gripes about the queues for the gondala we had a great time and I might have persuaded my wife to go skiing again! The question is where can we go next year? Would like to try a different country but where and what resort (in Europe) - any suggestions / recommendations?

borovets is ausumn and most people believe is better than bansko but if you want to try another country go to eitheir charmonix or argentiere in france. preferably charmonix.

Not heard good things about Chamonix for beginners. Look through Crystal/ingham/Nielson brochures - you will be able to read up on the suitability of resorts and pick the right one for your ability.
