Baxter FIS update

Alain Baxter disappointed in the latest FIS World Cup Salom event in snowy Kitzbuehel, Austria, has the British number one crashed out in the second round after finishing 28th fastest.

The younger Baxter Noel crashed out following the first run.

The winner of a really entertaining race on a tricky course was Finland's Kalle Palander. The big Austraian crowd was stunned as home favourite Hermann Maier crashed out on the first run

Great news for Alain Baxter was a third place finish in the FIS Salom in Westendorf (Austria) last Thursday. Noel Baxter also finished (18th position). Palander also won Thursday's race
