Beer prices in Borovets

Not been to Borovets for about 6/7 years now and was wondering can people tell me , is it still best to take ££ pound sterling out with you?? And what are the prices like for beers nowadays???

Hi. Beer in borovets is about 4-5 levs a pint. Take pounds all euros. Fixed rate of 1.93 levs to a euro about 2.19 to the pound and many places to change money. Going out to borovets again this weekend.

Hi Bryon, dont Know where he is paying 4 to 5 generally we pay about 3 lev. there are some place you can get a beer for about a pound to one pound fifty.

try Kaminenitza beer its excellent! The spelling is probably wrong though lol.

Been paying between 3 and 4 lev for a large local beer all week= pint of becks on slope 5 lev- Been changing pounds to lev at a rate 2.14 to the pound all week.
Some places as said even cheaper!

hi , just back from borovets . greenking over the road from gondola 2.50 levs for large beer about £1.20 also food here is great . little restaurant a bit further up this road , do a great steak .

If you want to go to the Derby Arms, best to get there early. It gets rammed, especially on match days.
