Bansko has the advantage of the nusery and green slope being at the top of the gondula (so if you go with good skiers they can have a decent run and come back and see you, in France my experience with the nursary and green slopes was that you were on your own at the bottom of the mountain)
You'll be fine if I can learn to ski anyone can!!!!!
Bansko has an apres ski bar near the gondola called the happy end, which has live group at weekends (nice for a drink after a day on the slopes) There's the lion bar by the strazhite which a lot of brits use (both of these are expensive drinks compared with local mehana's
Just down from the strazhite is a casino with roulette (minimum stake 0.1 leva) great fun if there's a few of you and won't break the bank it also has slot machines

There's two night clubs amnesia and no name and a copule of bars base camp, legleo and a new one just opened under the internet cafe (none of the bars that easy to find if you don't know where they are, but beer 1 leva)
Bansko's what you make it, are you coming with a group?
