Me and my boyfriend are going to the borovets on the 31st jan..weve booked the learn to ski pack but it doesnt say anything on our booking confirmation about where to go at what time etc were staying at the Rila hotel and as far as Im aware the ski school is right outside but what do you do just go and tell them your name..wish wede of booked it through a travel agent instead of online because you dont get a lot of information! Any advice is really appreciated. Thanks x

If it's anything like pamps you will either get given all your vouchers by the rep that collects you from the airport or you will meet your rep 1st thing on the 1st day and collect your vouchers and be taken to the ski school and shown where to get your stuff. And you don't get any more info booking through an agent so don't worry. Have a fab hol. re: Beginner ski packages

The ski school office and ski depot is in the Rila so you will not have to go far. Your rep will meet you, usually the next morning in the Rila lobby/bar around 9.00amand give you vouchers and lift pass. You take these down to the depot and get kitted out and then make your way to the slope outside the Rila Hotel. Instructors will ask you what standard you are and work out which ski instructor you will be with. This instructor will then take your ski voucher. It seems like chaos but ...

Don't panic and get in a fluster thinking you will be the last. Take time to make sure boots and skis are correct. If you are not happy with your instructor, don't be afraid to ask to change to another, generally things are quite laid back and accommodating.
The Rila allows you to wear boots and take skis back to your room if you prefer.
