Hi everyone, my girlfriend and I will be making our first trip to Borovets on March 9 til March 16, staying at the Flora Apartments. We would love to know of anyone else travelling the same period who we could possibly hang out with. We have booked a ski package which includes lessons everyday as we are both pretty much beginners.If there is anyone interested in hanging out, please let us know

Hi JeremyNot there meself that week but you dont need to worry because you will be in a ski class where you will be with folk of the same ski level and for sure you will make loads of new friends in the class or in bars later where am sure you will find everyone to be very friendly.

I have to agree with Mark, 1st time i went was a complete beginner, my friend an intermediate so i was in ski school on my own, had a blast!
Dont worry you'll meet people in ski school and you'll also find one of the good things about Boro is that its really compact. You'll find you're favorite bars and then you tend to see the same people around the resort.

Excellent, thanks for that info everyone. Just out of interest also, is there anywhere in Borovets that offers ski clothing hire? I need a ski jacket & pants. Or maybe you could recommend somewhere that sells affordable ski clothing? We are Aussies but travelling over from the UK, so maybe even somewhere in the UK i could get them?thanks again

Hi Jeremy, I work part time with a Ski Equipment retailer, near Leeds, England. Try their website, for either rental or clothing to purchase. They have clothing for adults, by a company called "Five Seasons". It is really good quality and costs only £49.95 to buy a suit.Company name is Glide and Slide.
