yes...the apartment themselves were very nice once inside..very clean ...very new.... quite luxurious could not fault them ...just the outsaide unfortunatly....but if we decided to get back about 3 in the afternoon ..we couldnt nap cus the drilling and banging ...of the builders...re: BendyWendy

nope we booked in narcis originally 2 bed apartment...know it sounds daft but hubby snores and we cannot sleep through it ...so thought we were getting 2 bedrooms and lounge area...with sofa so i could sleep on that ..but they was not built they told us we had to have studio...re: BendyWendy
odd, we got put in hotel narcis as they told us on the bus that cedar lodge where we was originally staying wasn’t finished.
cedar lodge studios were 6 person rooms (3 double beds) we could of all crammed into one room but instead we paid extra for 2 rooms so we could have a bed each.
my gripe is that when we moved hotels we got 2 rooms but they only had 2 beds in therefore we was sharing beds and the hotel reception had no idea what we was on about, rep fobbed me of saying we shall ...

yes most definatly.....if u didnt get accomodation booked make a complaint we are certainly going too....whats the point in booking if u dont get what u booked? What have u got to lose?

Hi,We just came back today after a week in Narcis. Overall it was OK, but I agree, we were misled by the brochure and didn't expect to have to share a bed. We also got overcharged for use of the sauna etc. The fridge only worked when we moved it to a socket elsewhere in the room. If i'd known we were booking into a 'proper' hotel, i think i would have chosen elsewhere.

notts nayI would def put in a claim looks like you were had should have been given 3 rooms not two and too have too pay I would have been well pived to say the least def claim might not get anywhere, but you could get something after what happened to you eg the bar i would try. did you go with balken?
