Best's that we found last week.
Mountain restaurant = The Lodge.
On very top of mountain the food was always piping hot and delicious. Downside - charging 1 leva (28p) to use a stinking toilet which we made clear to them was an outrage. Never paid again after we complained.
Nightlife = White Hart. Always busy, good live group although they played the same set every night. Nice food resonably priced.
Best Live Band = Lora in Apres Ski Bar.
Best Meal Out = Dukes Place. Pre ...

Niggles.

Inconsistent and high taxi fares.
Cold food served in many restaurants. (Always send it back if you are unhappy - it's the only way they will learn that Brits like their food hot.)

NB: Please note that the right time to complain in the restaurants is after you are done with your meal.Otherwise you have a high risk finding some unidentified objects or liquids in your food

Hi, What was the snow like? im worried as were not due to go until march 3rd and there doesnt look to be any snow fall for the next week!!! humphre: Best's In Pamporovo
Rubbish redbul - what kind of people do you think Bulgarians are? It's not so much a complaint, more a request as Bulgarians prefer to eat their food cold. We ate out on several occasions with Bulgarians and they often left their food for 30 minutes before eating it.The staff were always happy to heat our food when we asked them to.
