Best bansko après ????

This time Next week whhhhhooooopppppp .....So you come down off the piste with a need of a bevarage..... Where's the best initial après (non of this going home getting changed showerd poo and out milarky) .... My thirst need quenching now god damn it!!!!

Not quite after ski, but Peshterite (the secret bar) . On the way down the ski road. Easy skiing after that,

Good call, Peshterite is easy to find, about half way down the ski road on the left, and just beyond is the `Teepee' bar, an Indian (Canadian im told) teepee with seating outside, local prices and local fare... If in town the `Friendly' is always worth a visit, check other post for prices (good) or maybe the `Euphoria' and sit on the balcony looking up at the mountain... Happy End if you don't mind the prices and the ignorant staff (Ulen) but can get lively in there...

yes, there are a few straight sections but with a bit of speed no problem

you'll get down - keep as much speed as you can when you get onto the final section (after the bars) as right near the end it's practically flat

Worst case then you can sit on your board and sledge back. Lower air resistance and a bit of a push from your hands gets you going well enough. I often find it's the safest bet after staying in the Peshterite too long!
