Can anyone tell me in their opinion which resort has the best runs for snowboarders?

Depending on your ability. If you're a beginner, go for Pamps.
I found Borovets to have a few flats that can be a pain... Bansko, on the other hand is much better in that dept - and there is some great off-piste if you like to get into the powder.

Most instructors will point you in the right direction, if you ask.
