Best goggle

Looking at treating myself and Sophie to a new pair of goggles. Like Oakleys and suspect a frame will be good enough but interested in others recommendations.

Dual anti fog lens needed and it would be nice to be able to swap lenses as well.

Cue the binfest!

re: Best goggle

Ive got Dragon DX goggles which seem to be fine and stay fog free.I guess whatever decent make you get should do the same thing mate. You can get them a lot cheaper on ebay too .

re: Best goggle

i found oakleys and scott goggles too big, when wearing a helmet, they push down and constrict my nose, so bought some bolle nova which are shorter between bridge and brow.
is it me or do i sound like a goggle anorak?

re: Best goggle

Try before you buy, most goggles will do the job but the big difference in goggles are the fit.Don't splash out on the top of the range Oakleys on ebay without trying them on first, and if you have a helmet take your helmet to the shop and try on the goggles, because not all goggles fit all helmets. I generally use Oakley wisdom but on occasions i pinch my wifes Bolle goggles and use them because the have a lovley pink lens and are a perfect fit.

re: Best goggle

The mind boggles - £400 for a pair of goggles Razz

Can't see the value in that I'm afraid when most of the time in Bulgaria decent sun glasses are all that are needed.

Don't think I would spend more on a pair of goggles than I have on the entire holiday!

If you go to Boro there is a new shop on the ground floor of the Rila Hotel where you can find this mask :

And you receive two lenses when you buy it (fog/sun)

I think it's around 180€.

Enjoy

re: Best goggle

The best thing about those goggles is them making everything look like you are in your own Tron movie ;-)
