Best place for currency exchange?

Best place for currency exchange?

Any tips on where to get the best rate? Going on Saturday to Bansko but stopping in Sofia the night before. Should we exchange before we go, in airport, hotel or bureaux de change? Bansko or Sofia? Any info much appreciated. Mmmmm...snow.

Airport was offering 3 . (something) to the £ but in boro they were only offering 2.7 Very Happy
