Best place to exchange sterling in Pamps.

Just a general view on best place ie hotel bank or bureau exchange. Had planned on using ATMs but have read there are problems with new chip n pin cards. Mine is Nationwide flex card. Also what might you expect to pay for taxis, my hotel is the Royal Lodge which I believe is about 10mins from the bus station so I am assuming I will need to get a taxis most nights to get to resort centre.

last year, the alaska supermarket beside the white hart was the best. The machines can be unreliable, but realistically the difference between the hotels and the supermarket is minimal.

Taxis.........???? depends the mood of the driver...agree fee before hands. Watch the life of brian before you go, to get some good bartering tips
