Best ski lessons in borovets

We are in the process of booking feb 1/2 term skiing.

My mother and son both want ski lessons and I was wondering where the best school was in borovets

Thanks
Gilly

Hi Gillian,

Hunters are in my opinion the best in Borovets.

Unfortunately so much depends on the instructor that you get. I would have no problem suggesting Hunters too but if any of you are not happy with the instructor that you get, do not be shy in asking to move classes.

Sorry I should say that that counts for all ski schools there. I might add that depending on which hotel you are staying in, they may have their own school which might suit you

We would have to agree with Emjay on this one... Whilst most regulars know Bobby works for a ski school, he would happily admit all schools have advantages and disadvantages. If it's purely price, you should consider Borosport / samokov ski school as they tend to offer the cheapest prices, yet historically they do have slightly older ski's and bigger groups. Hunters, Chamkoria, Snowmasters are all more expensive yet tend to have smaller ski sgroups (quite often it is more like a private ...

Hunters, Chamkoria, Snowmasters are all more expensive yet tend to have smaller ski sgroups (quite often it is more like a private lesson) and have newer ski's - yet you pay the price difference for this. For half-term, you will be looking at 8 - 14 in a group for the smaller ski schools and upto around 20 in the larger ones BUT...as per Emjays's post, nearly all of it is about the instructor and each school has those that are much better than others....so once you've chosen the ski school, if you have any problems with the instructor, then just ask to change....
