if it was me, I would go for 15/22 march, there will not be anybody there, but that is if you are happy to hit the pistea early, as they may get a little slushy later in the day, still good though and for the last few years we have had lots of new snow then. normally the weather is better too.
Having said that though , as long as half term is finished before 22nd feb, that could be great as well. In fact as you are only coming for a week, safer for the snow (maybe )

It is difficult for one week as it really does depend on the weather. I think good snow for both, but for total coverage all the way to town february, but wind is the real enemy and then march is safer.
It is not easy, but I suppose to it sum up ,february if you have beginers and march if you would be ok to ski higher up on blue and reds
I hope that helps, but it probably has just confused you. sorry
We have skied in both Feb and March with both the family and friends. In my opinion as long as your after the half term week in Feb this is usually the best time, it is a little busier but it also gives the resort a good buzz......
That said March is also good higher up as Dave has said and less busy :-)
