Best time to go

Having been out to Boro 7 Jan and luckily snow conditions were reasonable. We had found ourselves glued to the weather report from new year onwards and had our fingers firmly crossed and praying to the snow god, what would the seasoned Bulgaria skiers vote be as to the best month/ time to go there for future ref.

Check out the ski club of great britain website. It details the snow levels for every week of the ski season for the last 10 years.

I've been 4 times and my personal experience is that late Feb / Early march is best. by then there has been plenty of snow fall, Its getting a bit warmer and the slopes are not as icy as earlier months.

i am off to boro on sat and looking to go again later in the season, so late feb it is.
are you going to or been to boro this season
