Fair enough - should have booked and mentioned then BUT it does sound a little 'off' and not a great time all round.Is the card just for Pamps?
What about Bansko and Boro - will it roll out across the other resorts? Hope so.

Wouldnt it have been better for her to hounor your word of discount and give me the the money off, come on what difference would it make to them if i booked or not ? would me booking in advance make any diffrence at all to her attitude towards me and from what i can tell all bg ski users ??????????re: Bg Ski are good to you

I don't know Discojim. I got an eamail saying they are on board as are the BBQ. Like i said I am in the UK i cannot speak to them directly. Let's wait for Galina to reply.Bansko and Boro? Lets see if this works first.

thanks arron that seems fair enough !!!!sorry to keep going on about it but i did go there because of bg ski reccomendation and i also fully intend on trying out the bbq so thanks again and please dont take my bitchy comments the wrong way cos i realy do appreciate wot u guys are trying to do !!!!!!!

Discojim you've made a fair point and we respect that - but until it is a recognised system it's bound to cause a few problems. Rude and unhelpful staff does not help of course but that's a management issue and not one we have any control over.
Grateful you pointed it out - but no need to overstress it.
Any shortages in the takings are usually taken from the staffs wages so she was probably scared that she would lose out.
It will be better once the cards are issued, until then - we ...

Not at all! I fully understand and want it sorting. If they have offered the discount then they better honour it or lose custom because people will vote with their feet and go where they can get the discount.
Try the Castle too! I have personally spoke to Niki, Svetla and their son Jivko. It's alittle out of the resort but a great place. Theother discount i organised was with Michelle. Even if it's just for afternoon tea and cake! You must visit Rhodopa House. Its on the road going ...
