Blades

Can anyone give us advice or suggest any where in borovets where to buy blades? We have been to see the man at titanic but would like to compare prices elsewhere.
Next question, does any one know how much it will cost us to get these home? We flew with neilsons.

re: Blades

If it's any help, I've used blades now for 5 years and I pay the normal ski carriage for whch ever company you travel with. Varies quite a bit. Balkan want £32 this year whereas Inghams want £18. or it might be other way around.

re: Blades

make sure they have they have normal ski bindings as they release where as some blades are straped to you leg which can be dangerous.

as above you will pay normal ski carriage, if you have normal skis though they should fit in your ski bag and you will only pay one carriage.

re: Blades

Hi Big Fleety,

i bought salomon blades from Alex ski shop next to BJ's a couple of weeks ago they were excellent. Good quality salomon bindings too. 300 leva bargin or not i'm happy. My mates wife brought some at the same time.. skiing is easier with them on but they shake..wobble at higher speeds.. not enought to worry thou..
Brought a ski bag from there too. packed my blades, my wifes ski's and all my clothes in and didn't get charged any extra with BA...hope this helps
