Is it cheaper to hire when you get out there or to hire through your travel company (balkan Holidays) it's £100 for lift pass, 3x2 hour lessons and board hire, this seems pretty good to me but i've been told it's better to hire out there and get a local to teach the us to snowboard.
Best to buy the all in package as its about £100 cheaper doing it this way than buying lift pass, lessons and hire separately. If you need more lessons. Buy them out there. About £20 per person per couple of hours or so depending on who teaches.

If you buy a single day lift pass in resort you have 2 options. For approx. £10 you get a one way pass which will work only once to get you up the mountain. These are usually used by non skiers who just want to meet people up the top. A full days pass giving you 24hrs access to all lifts will cost in the region of £30.
Travel agents buy in bulk so they can offer them at very competitive rates. In resort you are fair game and will be charged the normal full rate.
