Can anyone tell me if they split you into groups according to ability in Borovets? I went to Pamps skiing last year and they divided us for lessons. Is it the same for snowboarding lessons in Boro?
I don`t know how everybody else did but I went with my hubbie, brother and 14 yr niece and 4 others. Me and my niece found it progressed too quick and we kind of sat back on the 3rd day with no help from the instructor(I think he gave up on me!) but I was kind of miffed as the next day left to our own devices we cracked it. So no we didn`t get split into abilities but that may just be down to the instructor.
lol hon iv no idea for standard for advanced cos im still struggling with basics after years practice
can you get down slopes without edging when edging isnt needed or sitting on your bum and tcan you turn well
OH can board very well but he always books in for lessions as each new instructor can teach something new or more or help with anything and if he feels he doesnt need it then he drops out
Graham, put it this way, the instructor will be better than you!! so it depends on the standard of the group, not the instructor. The advanced classes are only taken by a few of the instructors, and in the past ive had ex downhill racers, and at the time a current BG 'synchronised ski team' member (or ballet dancer as we said-)
