Hi All,
Just wanted to keep you updated....Unfortunately the restaurant we wanted to rent (opposite breza) is no longer possible as they kept doubling the asking price and we couldn't afford to do it. So...we 'think' we are going to be running / managing Golden Chicken for the guy who currently has the lease. I say 'think' as the terms for that keep changing as well but hopefully that's where we'll be...and it's in a perfect location for the Night ski down and for Boon to call in on his ...

As you know, nothing is easy over here (even for Bobby) and after thinking it was sorted last week, the guy who has the lease changed his mind about stuff again today in terms of how he wants to work / manage it... For some reason they just don't want to take our money or probably more to the truth - they want to take more!!!....so...we are still going round in circles but hopefully we will get everything agreed this week and it will be renamed Bobby's Bar....
If not, just look out for Bobby and I somewhere in the resort- we'll be the ones with a table set up in the middle of the road trying to sell off 500kilos of chopped tomatoes....
I will let you know when we know!

Damm that's tough on you two. Where ever you get too I'm sure we will find you.

Bulgarian style.....Bobby is a threat to many in that resort.
lets face it you two know allot about people and how to develop relationships with customers and this means if you get a hold of a half reasonable sight you could be a threat...
its a dog eat dog world.... Kas your negotiation skills may have to work its magic....
Go get it you two...
Is there no regulatory authority on rent or lease agreements out there?

Well when you get it finally sorted I may pop in for the odd one........PS: Whats wrong with from gondola to rila slopes, hotel to gondola, gondola to gondola ......you get the idea.

If you cant get a bar in the resort we will have to eat and drink more in the White House up top.dbut
