So far I've only received an email to say my order has been received and is being processed. Now is this all I should receive? Long term reader first time poster... Embark on my second trip to Borovets on Saturday and I booked my transfers on Tuesday with Bobbys Bar for myself and 3 others. So far I've only received an email to say my order has been received and is being processed. Now is this all I should receive? Just worried that I haven't had a firm confirmation to say they'll pick us up at a certain time and don't want to risk being stranded at the airport and having to sort something out there. I also emailed with a question on Monday and haven't heard back so is it just a slow admin week and nothing to worry about?
Tomorrow I can ask Bobby and Kaz, for your request I hope you are not flying tomorrow.

I have used Bobbys Transfers before quuite a few times and they are always there so don't worry. I'm sure it is a slow admin week. You are coming on a fantastic week as I'm there lol. See you in the bar.
Many thanks for putting my mind at rest. Sarah has been in contact with them and confirmed on my behalf. I think a few minor technical difficulties behind the scenes.
Now here's to hoping this last day at work isn't a slog and touch wood for a nice big dumping of snow this weekend!
Sorry Olli - there was a problem with the emails and I was not getting the copies of the transfer bookings. Please do not panic, your transfer is sorted and you will be picked up tomorrow.
