Boots

Having just purchased a pair of Head S 8 boots for next season, just wondering how often people have replaced their boots, and what other boots people wear?

re: Boots

I got my first pair last Feb and changed them in March!!! they hurt like hell..... my first Pair were nordica but my second which are a much better fit are solomon.... have you had the foot beds done?
I believe they say a pair of boots should last a season if you were to wear them constantly every day, so on that info it sounds like you should get 3-4 months wear, but I reckon that could be duff info and they may last longer - anyone got any other info to back this up!
I will no doubt ...

I will no doubt change mine when I get bored of them... or they do not match my outfits Very Happy

re: Boots

Hi
I worked in the Alps for over 10 years, skiing every day and only got through 2 pairs of boots, still have the last pair, had injection moulded inners in them and they are still going strong, ski most weeks on dry slopes in winter and of course holidays as well, so if yours only last a season i'd take them back

re: Boots

Have not had any foot beds done, just have heat fit inner linings, meant to mould to the shape of the foot.

I am hoping to get more than a season out of them.

thanks Nick, thought it was duff info.... specially when I see the same boots in Pamps from the year before being rented out.....
spect if you keep having the moulded inners they will last until the boot falls apart....

re: Boots

My hubby bought his first pair of boot when he was 25 only changed them last year now 38, reason for change was the rubber on them had gone realy strange and kept flaking off, dont worry they will last you for ages no problem

re: Boots

They last for as long as they are still comfortable and you are still enjoying your sking in them.
