I was in Borovets last week and had a good look all over. Plenty of snow on the upper slopes and a good cover on the lower slopes. I think boarding on the lower slopes a bit risky yet (although there were some tracks) but its now got a good base and just needs a good couple of dumps and things will be away. The lifts I think are planned to be opened on the 15th which I believe is the usual date.

Cool. Thanks for the info Paul. I'm actually not headed out till 26th Jan anyway..... still get excited everytime they get a centimeter of snow though.

Going back to Boro on 27th December, went same time last yr and snow was bad - as was all of Europe, so comparing now to last yr i'm positivly exstatic about the snow!!

there is a group being formed for those of us who are addicted to snowcams... the odd and demented amongst us are already signing up...

However.... not one of us is comparing date to date..

Your addiction seems to be taking things to a new height.. We have all voted and you get a gold pen to sign on the dotted line... (giggle.. )
