Boro at 14Jan

Never been in Boro at mid january. Can any one tell me if there is OK with snow ? Any suggestions if in the resort slopes will work (Sitniakovo and opposite Rila)?

No James there will be no snow left that week, bucket loads the week before and even more the week after but there is never any wc: 14th Jan. in Borovets.

Infact it is so bad they shut the resort, so no the slopes won't work.

Big mistake should have booked 21st, look wot happened last year did not snow until the 20th jan. Then it snowed every day it was heaven sent, it must have come from Wales.

Was at boro last jan 14 2005
you could ski to rila hotel doors no problem
most slopes had enough snow ,but it was a little thin on some slopes
